Brittany Hills Subdivision Project |

Construction is expected to start in early June with a completion date of October 2025. More detailed information will be provided in the coming weeks. |

Eastgate Drive Improvements |
|
|
Work Completed: Underground Utility Work:
All underground utility work, such as water main and service lines have been completed. Sidewalk and Curb Construction:
The contractor has started building the new sidewalk and curb on the east side of the street.

Next Steps West Side Concrete Work:
Crews will complete sidewalk and curb construction on the west side of Eastgate Drive. Roadway Milling:
Once the concrete work is finished, the top layer of the existing pavement will be milled in preparation for new asphalt.

Broadsmore Drive/Stonegate Road Improvements |

Work Completed: Full Depth Reclamation and Binder Course:
The contractor completed full depth reclamation and placed the Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) binder course on both Broadsmore Drive and Stonegate Road to rebuild and strengthen the roadway base. Roadway Structure Adjustments and Bike Path Grading:
Roadway structures were adjusted as needed, and aggregate grading was performed in preparation for the proposed bike path.

Next Steps: Path Paving and Landscaping:
Crews will pave the new asphalt multi-use path and complete final landscaping work, including grading, seeding, and cleanup. Final Road Paving:
The last layer of asphalt, known as the surface course, will be paved on Broadsmore Drive and Stonegate Road to finish the roadway improvements.
